David Lucas

I am celebrating my 27th year in the real estate and mortgage businesses. I have owned and operated 2 real estate companies and 2 mortgage companies. I have always been a working broker, meaning I have not only operated my offices as the broker of record but also worked with clients in helping them find and sell their homes.

Two years ago, I moved to the Rancho Bernardo area and represent clients in the I-15 North County Inland Corridor. That includes the communities of Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Carmel Valley, Carmel Mountain, Sabre Springs, Rancho Panasquitos and 4S Ranch. Basically, I represent clients in the Poway Unified School District.
